Education

Brad Gentry received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business administration from Welch College. He then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Management of Information Systems, and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Liberty University. After beginning his teaching career, he went on to obtain an Education Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Lincoln Memorial University and then later added a leadership endorsement to that degree. 



Experience

Brad Gentry has been a teacher at the Greene Technology Center since 2011. During that time he has served on various teams including the STEM team and the Teacher Leader Academy. In 2015 Brad was selected as a member of SCORE, serving the 2015-2016 school year. During that time he published several articles in local and state news papers as well as online promoting Career and Technical Education. 

Brad is a coach for the FIRST lego league team at Highland Elementary school, and is currently coaching a FIRST Robotics team at the high school level.

Recently, Brad added a racing pedigree to his credentials as the lead teacher/coach for the Greene Technology Center's solar go-kart racing team, Mad Llama Racing.
